View on Map →Our Story
We spent our second anniversary in Newport — it was our first trip with our puppy Willa, and we even took a helicopter tour over the coastline. We fell in love with the town immediately.
When we got engaged, Newport was the first place each of us said we wanted to get married. We live in Brooklyn, but Newport holds a special place in our hearts — and we're so excited to share it with our friends and family.
While You're Here
Newport is one of our favorite places. Here are some of our top recommendations.
The Black Pearl for waterfront dining, The Mooring for seafood with harbor views, Giusto for Italian, and Brick Alley Pub for a casual bite.
A 3.5-mile path along the coastline with ocean views on one side and historic Gilded Age mansions on the other.
Tour The Breakers, Marble House, or Rosecliff — Newport's famed Gilded Age mansions are not to be missed.
The Surf Club for sunset cocktails, Newport Vineyards for wine tasting, and Pour Judgement for a great low-key bar.
Thames Street and Bowen's Wharf are lined with boutiques, galleries, and local shops worth browsing.
Explore the colonial-era neighborhoods on foot, visit the Redwood Library, or take a guided tour of Newport's storied waterfront and harbor.
